update

Greys anatomy- This is somewhat like a mix of scrubs and ER which i find quite nice. It has quite the drama like ER and some funny times like Scrubs. You ca watch it at 10:00 pm on Sundays on channel 8

The Office- A show based on a British version that can be quite funny. Its kinda slow but can be quite enjoyable. You can find it on channel 10 or 11 on tuesdays at 9:30

CSI- great show that I have watched for a while but havent gotten a chance in a while. I just like all the plot twists and science that gets explained. New ones on thursday at 9 on ch 8.

--------------------------------------

Life's been good, lotta birthdays have come and more are coming and one is today so happy birthday to all. Its kinda been busy, everytime i am done one thing, something else comes up so kinda stressed. Today was Science Olympics and that was okay, we actually came in 3rd so yay! Congrats to Jo for winning 1st.

Saturday is coming and that should be pretty good cuz so many peoples birthdays will be celebrated then so that should be quite entertaining. Basketball finals are here and everyday is filled with watching tv which is bad since i got work but meh. Peace

Peace!

Kyle giving a peace sign. I haven't made a post in quite some time. I've been super busy recently. Physics and englsih have been eating away at me. I also need to finish upthe slideshow. So tired.

Well nothing exciting has really happened these past few days. Saturday we got eddu time splitters for his bday and played it for a bit. It was very fun. After playing for a bit we went and watched Sin City which was amazing. I recommend it to anyone. The movie is done really well. I love the fact that its all black and white.

Sunday I baked the checkerboard cake. It hadn't come out as well as the first time me and Jo made it, but it was still okay. I gave it to people yesterday and I think they enjoyed it.

Today was pretty laid back. I skipped english because of science olympics. But I ended up helping cheryl stamp some stuff for formal. It may seem easy but we were stamping well into second lunch. Then packing the invitations for most of period 5.

Finally happy birthday raymond. I can't think of anything insightful to say, so yeah. Happy birthday

Mr. Gordon

This is my data student teacher Mr. Gordon. He is probably the coolest student teacher I have ever had. He was very funny. He did a very good impersonation of Mr. Laidla, and he also made it to top 100 in canadian idol. What is even crazier is he is fluent in like cantonese or mandarin (maybe both). And if that isn't crazy enough every song he sang to make the cut for canadian idol was in cantonese or mandarin. Today was his last day so I went by afterschool to see a whole mob of students talking to him, and I asked him to sing a song. He sang some chinese song and I was very impressed. It sucks that he is leaving so soon. He was a pretty good data teacher. I also did much better on his test then I did on laidla's first test.

Nothing has really happened these last few days. I went to the music concert yesterday and that was very fun. The choir was very boring though so it somewhat drained me. The band is usually always very impressive. A lot of the music they played was quite good. Stage band still gets the most credit though. Stage band perform nice upbeat music which is always nice to hear. After everything was finished the music council played a slideshow which was pretty funny.

When I got home I had to finish the page we were going to buy for yearbook. I finished around 2, and then had to finish my data isu. So I went to bed around 3ish. I hate staying up late. Its not in me. The next day I wanted to sleep in but I had data first so I had to go to class.

Most of the school day was spent gathering the money for the yearbook page. Surprisingly everyone brought money so it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Afterschool we had our grade 12 group picture outside and that was also very fun. The initial plan was I was suppose to be carried by Jimmy and Aaron but stupid ms. minchev said "GET DOWN!". Then some other student does it and she lets it go. It was funny because she said "Do something crazy" So all of us start doing the nazi salute and she didn't bother to take a picture!

After the photo everyone headed home and nothing has happened since. I took a nice long nap and am still super tired.

Important: If you are part of the page for yearbook tell me a quote or something you would want to say next to your picture. Leave a comment or message me.

Whose face is that

This is another macro I had taken of my pooh bear. It came out reasonably clear unlike most other macros I have taken. Winnie the pooh is still one of my most favourite cartoons. I should go out and buy all the books.

It was ridiculously hot today. In the morning I decided to watch an episode of The OC before heading out to school. Needless to say I was out of the house around 8:20 which was really bad because I had to get to school by 8:30 to write the euclid contest. I ended up having to run for a bit which sucked because I had my bag and jacket on. Anyways the euclid contest was pretty bad, I didn't do all that well, but its all good. Waterloo can't weigh it against me so there is no real problem there. After the contest I headed home and watched another episode of the OC and was late leaving once again. I didn't really mind running this time, except that it was just super hot outside.

Nothing else really happened for the rest of the day. I still have a tonne of work to do, and I also need to start working on getting money for the page in the yearbook. Also is anyone interested in seeing a photo gallery called PUBLICity. Its suppose to be very good. I need people to go though. Anyone in? We have to go before April 23rd.

Roight

I dont know whatswith me these days, im always tired. Even though i sleep relatively early, still dead when i come home. Nothing really new. Did a data test, that was kinda hard, but did ok. Also got a chem test soon, not looking forward to that. Everytime im done one test, there is always one right after, bah!

Sorry to be a bum, but kinda need it done so yeah

For data, i guess, i only need a few answers.
1) How many hours of tv do u watch a week (estimate)
2) What is your average in school (midterm)
If u could answer these 2 q;s itd really help.

And for assembly, just comment on things that youd like to see in it but remember it has to be doable and practical. This can include themes, music, all the good stuff. Chanks.

This photo of philip and Adrian wasn't taking too long ago. I used black and white film for this shot but the colours weren't really that black and white so I ended up making it greyscale in photoshop. I still must figure out why my camera struggles at taking black and white shots.

Well today I got pwned in data. The test wasn't too hard but I was just super slow today. God I hate data. Physics was pretty okay. We did some integration which was fun. English I talked about my book to my group memebers and now I must finish reading my crud book.

Afterschool was yearbook photos for survey winners. Once again I won GQ. Kenneth won class clown, red mr. smiley, andrew just got out of bed, kevin dang most likely to get lost in toronto AND sleeps in class and jo got most heard in halls. I am probably missing a few people but those are the only ones that come to mind right now. Anyways it took forever to get the photos done. After everything was over I sat around with people who had banded and talked for a bit. Chris tried to play the mario theme on joyces clarinet. He was so close. As a whole, nothing too exciting.

Tomorrow I have to write the euclid so no late start for me =( . Now I must finish 220 pages of my book.

Cops..

On friday I was driving my friends car because someone wanted to go home and none of the drivers wanted to go cause they were lazy. So I stepped up and I drove the person home. It was fine the way there, then as I drove back to friends house I see that 5-6 cop cars pulled over a guy with a van. I was like "oh shit!" so I drove a big square around the cops and then went back onto the direction was suppose to go. As I go down steeles I see more cop cars sitting right at the exit of the gas station, once again I was like "oh shit!" but I drove at normal speed limit and I played some soothing 50 cent. I made it back safely no problems and my friends were all scared and though I got caught haha. That day was exciting and scary at the same time because I didnt have my license on me, that car wasnt mine and no insurance. Mad Danger! Haha still was fun though.

Help

Like the title says, i need a lil help. Mainly on 2 things; my data project and the assembly.

For data, i guess, i only need a few answers.
1) How many hours of tv do u watch a week (estimate)
2) What is your average in school (midterm)
If u could answer these 2 q;s itd really help.

I am KALIMAR!

I took this photo on friday on our trip to yorkdale. A lot of the photos came out quite nice, some were very cool I plan to bring them to school tomorrow. Anyways this photo was taken while on the subway heading home. I usually put stuff inbetween my glasses and my eyes and say I'm a super hero. Before I would put 2 transfers behind my glasses and call myself transfer man. However my lens cap has "kalimar" written on it. I don't know what it means but it sounds cool, so when I have my lens cap covering my eye I become KALIMAR!

Yesterday was very fun and interesting day. It started off with my nelson and ryan getting application forms to various stores at woodside. Afterwards we headed back to my house and sat around waiting for people to come. After a lot of random events that I doubt I should mention, everyone left. After everyone left, philip came by and we watched OC until raymond and dano got to my house. After they made it here we went and played some bball at philips. Eddu, chris and adrian met up with us later on and played also. It was quite fun. Mind you I still hate basketball.

After the game me chris and adrian went KBBQ at commerce gate. It wasn't all that great, but the chicken tasted a lot better. Its good to get kbbq, I haven't gotten it in so long. When I got back we played a bit of poker for fun then I went straight to bed. Kbbq really took me out.

Nothing much happened today. I watched some anime and read my english book. I started this new series called Mår and it is quite good. Its by the creator of a series I saw a few years back. Looks to be promising. Now I must get back to studying data. I hope I don't get raped again.

A trip to yorkdale

This was a macro of a nestea can. I think I finally understand how to do macro's nicely now. Only problem is it requires either a lot of light, or a really fast film. I must take more macro's though. Anyone know any good flowers?

Today was a pretty dull day. Nothing really happened until afterschool when we made our way to yorkdale. It was one long trip but it is nice change. I didn't end up buying anything. My mom had given me money to buy some stuff but I couldn't really find anything worth getting. Joanna bought some clothing so she was happy. Willie had to leave early so Jess headed back with her. We had met up with derek and Annie and we talked for a bit, then all headed home together. I took a lot of photos so that alone makes the day worthwhile. Hopefully tomorrow we will be able to play some sports. The weather has been so nice recently. I love the sun. I have been waking up all happy recently. I thank you mr. sun!

People playing music in the dark

I took this photo yesterday. The photo is really dark, but I just like something about it. I was trying to focus in on wilson but I didn't seem to do it that well.

Today was quite fun. In data Mr. Gordon did a Mr. Laidla impersonation and was very funny. Physics wasn't as boring as it usually is. Lunch was quite interesting also. I picked up some black and white film and talked to jess. English was depressing as always, got back my in class essay and it was quite sad. I hate english! After english I headed home and cleaned up my room. Willie came by afterschool and we sat around and talked. It was all good fun. Now I should do some hwk but I've been sucked in to watch OC.

Babyface

Wilson was being a punk today and didn't let me take his photo! He wasn't being a punk, I'm exaggerating that, but I did say I would post a photo of him to spite him! I got a really funny one of him but it would be mean if I posted that one. Its a photo that's almost as funny as Eddu laughing.

Today was actually a very fun day, up until English. It started off with data and a lesson on graph theory. This was actually quite interesting, because the last few sections we did weren't really that math related.

Afterwards I had spare so I went to music assembly which was VERY good. I am most likely going to go to their actual performance. I went once before with Raymond and it was very entertaining. This new one also seems to be very good. The assembly was a silent movie with the wind ensemble playing the music to it. They did a fantastic job.

Lunch was pho and nothing too interesting there. Afterwards though Redford being an idiot bought 3 cases of 24 bottles of water. Kings red and I had to carry it back to this locker. My arms were giving out quite quickly. I did make it to his locker though with no real help. Chris had bought some water in the morning and couldn't put the case in his locker so he put it in 1 by 1. So I assumed that would be the same for Redford, so we were trying to get the water in his locker for a good 20 minutes. After a while we just jammed a full case of water in there, tossed individual bottles behind the case, and anything that fell out he gave away. I'm certain he gave away at least a full case of water. Crazy mofo!

English is where my dad went sour. I got back my English mark and my prediction was correct. I am getting a 72 in English with chamot. This is quite pathetic lol. Our marks are also higher then they should be which gives me less hope. My chances for queens is probably gone now, so all I have left is waterloo.

Afterschool chintan, suth, Philip, Jo, dano, kings and I were talking about bbal and stuff. After a nice long chat dano and I walked home and I taught him some calc. Related rates is damn complicated to explain. Hopefully he understood what was going on. Now I must do some data, physics and read a lot for English. GRRR I hate English!

Its been a while since I've posted a picture of something other then a friend. It has also been a while since I have taken a photo using my digital camera. After seeing some photos of dead trees on my brothers site I was compelled to take some of my own. I really need to get back into taking photos of all sorts of random stuff.

Well I got my midterm marks today. Data 80, physics 82. I'm still waiting for english, but I'm expecting around a 72. Today was quite a boring day. Perhaps tomorrow will be more interesting.

A tree

Update

I have removed darapsheets link from my site. After reading their posts I rather not advertise for a blog that criticizes the things I do. If you have a problem with that just "close the box: and go to their site yourself.

Who'd have thought she'd turn out to be a friggan hooker!?

This is a photo of daniel at my house. He was most likely here because he had to film some scenes for the movie. The title of the blog comes from one of the lines in the movie. In the blooper he starts to laugh and calls willie a friggan hooker. Quite funny indeed. The eddu bloopers still are top tier.

Its been quite some time since my last post, been busy these last few days. Friday wasn't anything too exciting. We went out and got some ingredients for saturdays small party. Then afterwards ryan and I went to eddu's house and sat around.

Saturday I had to get my meningitis C shot and my arm is still sore. The shot itself wasn't as painful as I would have imagined. After getting the shot my dad and I waited for my mom at STC, but while waiting we looked at a suit store. I am most likely going to get a black suit. I doubt my parents would waste money on a white one. Perhaps black and suit and pin stripes. I feel that a lot of people are going like that though. I must get a suit soon.

I had to go to my uncles party on saturday which was quite boring. We left my house around 4ish, got there around 5. I sat around for about 7 hours doing nothing. Then we left at around 1ish. When I got home I talked to ryan about all the crazy things that happened at jess's. You can read about it on her blog. I was very sad that I missed such a great party. Hopefully the next one we have can be just as good.

Sunday was a day filled with working on physics lab and formal slideshow. I have gotten about 6 minutes 30 seconds of the slideshow done. I can probably scrounge up another 2 minutes and then Gopinath has some stuff to add also. So we will have about 10 minutes worth of stuff. I need feedback on it though, I am still very unsure if it looks nice. Hopefully its very sad. I expect everyone in my table to break out into tears!

Today was a very sad day. My english mark is going to be super low. We got back 3 assignments and I got level 4, level 4/5, and 6/10. The levels are out of 6, so a level 4 is like a C- to a B and a Level 5 is about a B+ to A-. As it stands I am most likely getting low 70 I think. I should get someone to teach me english.

And not just any chocolate, this was guylian chocolate, so its some good shit. That single act made my whole day much better! Thanks cheryl.

If anyone wants to help by telling me what to change with the slideshow message me on msn or leave a comment.

A very relaxed day

This photo was taken at ryans party. It was while edward philip Willie and I were watching Ray. The movie was excellent in my opinion. This photo is cool because Edward has a very interesting look on his face. I have a lot of good pictures of edward that I want to put in the slideshow, but I'm pretty sure if I did he would beat me up. I should set up a vote of which of eddus pictures should be put in the year book. Edward sticking out tongue, No glasses, laughing, tying tie, smile, working, cool pose, serious look, another serious look. Wow, this is the 10th photo of edward I have posted on my site.

Today was a very relaxing day. I have been so tired recently so I told my mom not to wake me up. I slept in and got out of bed around 9sh, I know thats pretty early, but I usually get up around 7. I had a physics test tomorrow so I stayed home for a bit and did some studying.

I went back to school around 1:00 o'clock and sat and talked with people in the SAC room. Physics was pretty boring, but she took up a few questions which was very helpful. After school we took a quick photo for movie club and computer club that will go into the yearbook. And by quick I actually meant quite long, it took about 15 minutes to get a photo done.

Now I must get back to studying physics. Make sure you tell your friends to submit photos for formal slideshow. The more the better. And also post a comment and tell me which eddu pic to have in the slideshow.

A nice nap

Update:

Shawn has just made a new blog. You can check it out here.

It seems more and more people are sleeping in my data class now. Kyle sleeps like everyday now. Its crazy. Physics is my nap period. Mainly because Ms. Henry doesn't care at all if you sleep, she just smiles and continues teaching.

Today was a very dull day. I got back my physics assignment and got 8/10 which is really really bad considering 99% of the class got 9's and 10's. I lost a mark because I can't seem to use a ruler properly (my lengths were like .4 off) and another mark because I forgot direction and units. I threw away such easy marks. Adrian had the car for lunch so we went to midland and finch pho place. I was disappointed they didn't have any wonton noodle soup, so I had to get some crazy expensive pork chop on rice dish. English was MEGA boring. I slept through most of the period.

When I got home I just watched a bit of anime. Finally finished the xenosaga anime and it a nice replica of the game. The animation wasn't too great, but still a decent anime.

If you are wondering why Simon M. ands Shawns blog has been taken off its my gift to Simon. He said he didn't want attention so I thought I should help him out by not having his link. If Shawn makes a post I will link to that post, but other then that you won't be seeing their blog link up for awhile.

Lets stack chips!

As promised here is a nice photo of ryan. Shoppers once again struggled at developing my negatives. In the actual picture there is a big line stretching across the middle of the photo. Regardless a good photo though. I like it because he looks like a kid stacking his chips. When the chips toppled over Ryan made by far the best surprised look I have ever seen. This was taken at ryans party during the march break.

Today was a sad day. It started off okay though. Cherie went to popeyes for lunch and brought people back biscuits. She gave me one which was wicked. Thanks cherie. After lunch I bombed my english test. I cracked under the pressure. Physics was pretty fun, the lab was really interesting.

After school adrian told me that he is going to famous players to apply for a job. He said he could drive me there if I wanted to go so I agreed. Courey Redford Kevin Adrian and I went to stc. Redford wandered around stc while the rest of us got in line to apply. The lineup was crazy long. After a while they started calling people up to start singing to get pushed to the front. Courey Adrian Kevin and I started singing milkshake then drop it like its hot. We got pushed to the front, and then afterwards we had to cheer louder then the current workers. Nobody knew the cheer we were doing so it was really muddled, but somehow me and courey passed the first cut. The next part was talking to the manager. They asked me two questions . First was "What is the significance of an ID tag" then after "Why do you want to work at famous players". After 2 really crappy answers he politely said "I'm sorry you didn't make the cut today". I waited downstairs to see how courey did and he was also cut. Still a fun day though.

Afterwards we walked around STC and I saw the greatest pink suit in the world. I asked my dad when I got home if I could get it and he instantly said no. He was like "Your not going to formal as a pimp." Maybe a white suit, but I think thats just as dangerous as a pink suit.

A man and his gameboy

This is a picture of wilson playing tetris on my brothers gameboy. I know the title is misleading, but I was trying to come up with something not too plain. Wilson is probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet, he also owns a tv that can probably eat you. If you are wondering why I made it really long there are 2 reasons. One is I'm stealing an idea from my brother, where he posted a very bizarre cropped picture of his friend. Another is it reminds of a stitch, and stitches are wicked photos!

I finally got back my english presentation mark and it was quite bad. I don't mind too much though, its just one mark. People seem to stress a lot of marks now though. Its very expected though, midterms coming up and universities only look at midterms. It breaks my heart seeing people work themselves to death. Some people have truckloads of assignments due in a short period of time. I have an in class english essay tomorrow which I must do well on to secure my english mark. I also have a physics test this friday, which I also must destroy because my physics mark is pretty pathetic.

On a side note I developed another roll of film today. I had the idea that most of them came out quite bad, but it wasn't that bad. There is a good photo of ryan without him covering his face. Hopefully I can post it tomorrow.

Stuff

On Reading
I know many people don't really read that much i think thats quite a shame. I think that you can learn a lot from reading and not just what the book is about. Reading causes you to think about the story even when your not reading it. It may also give you a different perspective on life.
My brother and dad prefer me read something "educational" like business and other books that i ususally dont like. However, i just think that reading those kinds of books are just boring and you'll prolly wont remember anything you read cuz its so boring. Im reading a book right now thats an autobiography on Jack Welsh, a former CEO of GE. Its not the most boring book ive ever read but it cant hold my mind. I know in the end, theres no twist in the plot. And the few tid bits of info i learned, have mostly gone out of my brain already. thats in my case, other people may see it another way.
So just read, good for ya

On TV
I watch a lot of TV and it does get in the way of me getting things done like homework and stuff. But i think if TV were watched the proper amount, it would be most beneficial. Shows like jeoprady and even fictional shows can be very useful in everyday life. if you watch it carefully enough, you may get to learn something. for example, Red posted a quote from ghandi "an eye for an eye and the whole world goes blind" (around that). This is a quote that i have already heard of on CSI. This may not seem significant but if a teacher is teaching something new, u may find out you may already know something about it and it just feels good.
I am prolly writing this because i have been watching a lot of TV since i was young but if u give TV a chance, u will learn to love it. Just find one type of show you like and there will be others like it.

On Love
Most of the people that know me wouldn;t take me as a romantic but that prolly because im kinda shy about it and wont talk about it openly. Love can be a good thing and it cant. I have seen it make people smile and people cry and thats why im scared. I dont want to love something and suddenly be ripped away. If i ever find someone to be with i want it to last.
To those who have significant others right now, i hope you find continued happiness and to those who are still "fresh meat" (coined this term at the lockers) like me, i hope we will find what we are looking for.

Mommy!

This is probably the first photo of my mom I have posted. I rarely take photos of my parents for some reason. I took this photo a while ago when my cousins had come over for lunch.

Today was a very great day. It started off pretty dull. Data as always was quite a bore. I got my mark though. Currently I'm getting an 80, however that will change because we have one more quiz mark to add in there. My data mark is pretty much set, nothing can change it now. English was also somewhat cool because Chamot was talking about the incredibles and started pulling out all these cool things about the movie I never noticed. English is probably the best course this semester, but I still don't like it that much. Physics was out right boring. I lasted about 40 minutes today, then I was out for the count. After school Billy fung gave me and philip a ride home.

When I got home I finished another 1 minute 40 of the slideshow. The slideshow is slowly coming along, but I need a lot more photos. I also need people to tell me whats wrong with it. So far all people say is, "get more photos". I lack creativity when it comes to designing stuff. So each minute chunk so far is pretty repetitive. Hopefully I can come up with something crazy soon.

After a while the guys came over and we sat around and talked for quite some time. Eventually we went out for dinner to Lee's Wok. I think this was the first time I went there and DIDN'T get a stomach ache. So for that Lee Wok's gains an extra point. It is now above Wendy's.

After dinner we picked up cheryl and jo from pmall and went back to my house and talked long into the night. We had some very interesting conversations. Joanna was constantly asking crazy questions. Talking well into the night is the best, hopefully tomorrow will also have some promising conversations.
